βΛ β§ βββββββββ±πβ°ββββββββ β§ ΛββGENERAL TERMSβ- Purchasing a commission from me means you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed here.- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without the need to explain.- I retain these rights to all commissioned artwork:β’ Post it on social media (with a watermark).β’ Include it in my portfolio.β’ Use it for promotional purposes.- You must credit me (@Sspirits) when using the art on social media, as a profile picture, banner, etc.- Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use (e.g. reselling, NFTs, AI datasets) is not allowed unless a commercial license is discussed and purchased.- Do not trace, edit, or claim my artwork as your own.βΛ β§ βββββββββ±πβ°ββββββββ β§ ΛββCOMMISSION PROCESSβ- Turnaround Time (TAT): Average is 3-7 days. Maximum is 3 weeks (CST timezone).- Please provide at least one clear reference image.- Youβre encouraged to share pose ideas, props, mood-boards, color palettes, style preferences, etc.- I will send 1-2 sketch concepts. *Number of concepts may differ.- Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only. You may request up to 3 changes. *Additional fees may apply.- After sketch approval, no major changes will be accepted unless I made an error (e.g. wrong color, missing detail). *Additional fees may be applied for major changes.- Full payment is required after you approve the sketch.- WIPs and progress updates are available upon request.- Final artwork(s) will be sent via Discord or email (in PNG format by default).βΛ β§ βββββββββ±πβ°ββββββββ β§ ΛββPAYMENTβ- All prices are in USD (U.S. Dollars).- Payment is accepted via PayPal (Friends & Family), Ko-fi, and Stripe.
